工作职责Responsibility

1、 负责项目流程的制定、监督与控制；

2、 负责制定项目工作计划，并跟进计划的执行情况；

3、 负责内外部资源的获取、管理与分配，确保项目执行过程中资源及时到位；

4、 负责项目各类文档的收集、检查与管理，保证文档的完整性与可靠性；

5、 负责与客户之间的沟通协调工作，保证双方信息正确、及时、充分地传达，负责处理与客户相关的各项事宜；

6、 向团队经理提出项目管理的专业建议；

7、 协助商务方面跟进项目的回款工作；

8、 负责内外部各类信息的搜集与传递工作。

资格和要求Qualification

教育背景：本科及以上学历。

工作经验：4年以上软件开发项目管理工作经验。

专业知识与技能：

1、 有管理类学科背景；

2、 具备专业的项目管理知识，持有PMP资格证优先；

3、 熟悉软件开发项目流程，能够设计、改善流程，并能监控流程的执行；

4、 熟练使用项目管理的应用工具。

语言能力：良好的英文听、说、读、写能力。

其他要求：

1、 有良好的沟通能力、协调能力以及合作精神；

2、 有较高的文档撰写水平；

3、 思路清晰，思维逻辑性强。
