职位描述
Job Responsibility:
-Develop Wuhan industrial service team based on MSC IS organization.
-Lead team improve technical competence based on MSC development road map.
-Lead experience and know how transfer in IS area.
-Coordinate technical activities with headquarter and other branch, set up connection channel with other ECs.
-Keep clear communication channel between with the Management and employee.
-Support IS director from technical side to organize new project acquisition.
Qualification:
-Bachelor Degree in Automobile engineering or related major.
-At least 10 years in automotive industry, manufacturing related area, and over 5 years in senior position, working experience with multinational company is preferable.
-Fluent in English both oral and written.
-Experienced in multi-culture working environment.
-Leadership and Team player, work under pressure.
