Job Responsibility:

-Analyze & create BIW welding process plan, define welding spot distribution, analyze welding gun accessibility and choice, design layout plan
-Jig design and check
-To be responsible for Jig and equipment installation, debugging
-Communicate and coordinate with car manufactures for assembly problem of new product, take proposal and action plan to solve production problem
-Building and update manufacturing and process document
-Be in charge of improving ergonomic/safety during debugging jig
-Optimizing layout
-Analysis of the production efficiency, assurance cycle time
-Ensure the project progress


Qualification:

-Having more than 3 years' working experience of design, debugging of auto welding process.
-Bachelor degree or above and major in mechanical design
-Proficient in OFFICE, AUTO CAD, CATIA
-Fluent in written and oral English
-Communication skills, coordination, team spirit.
