职位描述
Job Responsibility:
-Follow up interiors system components development progress, e.g. seating, safety belt, dashboard, door panel, roof trim, sun visor, garniture trim, etc, technical confirmation on design change and follow up.
-Participate supplier evaluation according to OEM's localization procedure.
-Check 3D, 2D, technical specification, follow up interiors localization components validation test, support technical of material, cost reduction, technical solution, and DV test.
-Construction of relative technical documents, e.g. BOM, standards, product validation plan, key product and process characteristic.
-Alarming the risk of the interior component development regarding cost, quality, progress, tooling, etc. support and organize supplier to take effective action plan to eliminate risks.
-Follow u off line and on line assembly quality in OEM plant, propose technical solution and action plan.
Qualification:
-Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
-Thorough knowledge of engineering techniques associated with interior component and system development, 3~5 years experience above.
-Experience from mechanical design and manufacturing with knowledge in injection, forming machining processes, relative regulation and standards.
-thorough knowledge of CATIA
-Owner of good communication, coordination, team spirit.
-Skills in computer programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-Be familiar with quality system TS16949
