Job Responsibility: -Setup Wuhan Branch Office Engineer organization and Manager Engineering Team. - Lead team to improve technical competence based on MSC development road map. - Lead experience/ lessons learnt summary, know how database establishment. - Coordinate the technical activities with headquarter and other branch, set up connection channel with other ECs. - Keep clear communication channel between with Management and employee. Qualification: - Bachelor Degree in Automobile engineering or related major. - At least 7 years experience in automotive industry, and over 2 years in senior positions, working experience with multinational company is preferable. - Skilled in CAD system, CATIA VD/V4 will be a plus. - Fluent in English both oral and written. -Experienced in multi-culture working environment. -Leadership and Team player. Work under pressure.
