职位描述
Job Responsibility:
- Take overall responsibilities of quotation and execution project.
- Support Sales to get the RFQ from client.
- Lead project quotation activities as a quote manager during project quotation phase; align with technical department and sales to prepare technical offer and commercial offer based on company procedures.
- Conduct and control project quality, planning, cost, resources etc, lead project team to ensure the project meeting the customer requirement and expectation.
- Set up and manage project scope for overall projects and ensure the feasibility of achievement, initiate and follow change management if necessary.
- Define major milestone deliverables with technical team, ensure deliverables delivered on time and qualified.
- Regularly review with the project team regarding the project status.
- Prepare internal project review documents, and report regularly to management team.
- Evaluate project team member,s performance and give feedback to Line organization.
Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree in Automobile engineering or related major.
- 5 years plus experience in automotive industry, manufacturing related area.
- 3 years plus worked as project manager for at least one CV launch project; OEM working experience preferred.
- Experienced in automotive product development processes and major milestone/ deliverables.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Experienced in multi-culture working environment.
- Proactive, Leadership and Team player, work under pressure.
