sibilities:
- Analyze welding/gluing/hemming process feasibility of car body
- Welding process analysis and definition
- Issue based on welding process analysis
- Welding proposal releasing and cost analysis
- Follow prototype construction and provide quality improvement proposal
- Report to Process Engineering team leader
- Capability to analyze body process feasibility independently
- Experience in welding process method planning
- Experience in RPS analysis and definition
- Familiar with welding fixtures design
- Familiar with body structure
- Experience in welding shop on-site
- Ability to analyze welding issue on-site and provide related solution
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree and above in vehicle/mechanical engineering
- At least 5 years experience in automotive welding field
- Familiar with related software such as AUTOCAD, CATIA. Vis-mock up
- Experience in Auto body design is preferred
- Good communication skills, efficiency in English.
- Good knowledge in using Microsoft software: Excel, PowerPoint and Project
- Professional and team player.
- Project experience regarding PSA is preferred.
