职位描述
Job Responsibility:
-Assure supplier quality for door latch, door handle, sealing strip, sunroof, window lifter, hinge, hood latch, gas spring, doorstop, buffer block, glue, intumescent sheet
- Check 3D, 2D, technical specification, follow up component development progress, analyze OTS quality and propose solution.
-Participate supplier evaluation according to OEM's localization procedure.
-Construction of relative technical documents, e.g BOM, standards, product validation plan, key product and process characteristic.
-Alarming the risk of the accessories component development regarding cost, quality, progress, tooling, etc. Support and organize supplier to take effective action plan to eliminate risks.
-To be responsible for supplier tracking, technical support and communication, drive supplier to deliver on time with good quality.
-Follow up off line and on line assembly quality in OEM plant, propose technical solution and action plan.
Qualification:
-Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
-Thorough knowledge of engineering techniques associated with car closure component and system development,3~5
years experience above.
-Experience from mechanical design with knowledge in stamping, welding, machining processes, relative regulation and standards.
-Thorough knowledge of CATIA.
-Owner of good communication, coordination, team spirit.
-Skills in computer programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-Be familiar with quality system TS16949.
