 Create and fully implement standard work daily 

? Be sure all material orders are delivered to vendors in time 

? Responsible on supplier OTTR and work on weekly OPD process 

? Proactively work with 4PL/compliance team to insure smooth inbound material flow 

? Monitor item master database with actual, make proposals to change as appropriate from time to time 

? Effectively arrange oversea shipment to avoid PF and over-stock 

? Inform production planner and customer desk for any material shortage timely 

? Daily update ERP information and ensure all the existing data is correct ? Work with suppliers to implement phase in/out plan 

? Coordinate with supply base for any supplier issue timely 

? Support vendor scheduler leader on OTTR improvement and past due reduction 

? Support vendor scheduler leader on Inventory control and E&O reduction 

? Supplier visit and write visit report 

? Integrate Standard work into GEM and fully implement HSE and other duties assigned by supervisor/Manager 

? University degree, preferable on Supply chain management or logistics management 

? 3+ years working experience in field of supply chain management, preferred in Automotive industry  

? Sound SAP knowledge  

? Good English and MS office skill  

? Good communication and negotiation skills 

? Team play spirit ? Quick problem solving skills 

? Experience in Quality Systems IATF 16949 preferable
