Technical and Professional Skills

Requirements

. 8y+ experience in Java/J2EE OR C++/.NET/ .NET/C#

programming

. Advanced Programmer or above

skills

. Talent and passionate in technology

. Extremely sharp hands on development experience with a very strong technical background

. Expert ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills to solve complex design and coding problems

. Solid understanding of OOA, OOD, OOP, design patterns and architecture patterns etc

. Solid understanding of IOC, ORM frameworks

. Solid experience in multi-threaded design and programming

. Fluent in both oral and written English

. Familiar with automate testing

. Familiar with Continuous Integration (Maven, Cruise Control, etc…)

. Ability to work effectively as a team member, across project teams, and independently.

. Be comfortable with working with people at all levels.

. 8年以上核心Java/J2EE开发经验

. 高级程序员或以上开发能力

. 技术能力超强并热衷于技术

. 敏锐的开发实践经验，深厚的技术功底

. 专家级的分析和解决问题的能力，包括复杂设计和复杂编程

. 对架构设计模式、程序设计模式、OOA、OOD、OOP有深入理解, 精通IOC,ORM等框架

. 丰富的多线程设计和编程经验

. 英语听说读写流利

. 熟悉自动化测试

. 熟悉Maven, Cruise Control等集成开发工具

. 具备高效的团队工作和独自工作能力

. 乐于沟通、善于沟通

Desirable Skills

. Database fundamentals (SQL, logical data modeling, physical database design, database tuning)

. Message-driven system design (JMS, MQ, TIBCO)

. Java/J2EE OR C++/.NET programming skills

. Experience or knowledge in finance domain is preferred
