市场督导：
工作职责：
1. 根据学校的市场计划制定长、短期的推广方案
2. 负责带领整个市场推广队伍，对市场推广人员的招聘、培训，管理工作
3. 新推广点的开发及维护，数据的收集，整理及汇总
4. 分中心市场推广活动的监督与指导
5. 负责学校各项促销活动的策划、实施及总结反馈
6. 协助市场部主管的日常工作
入职要求：
1、 大专以上学历；市场营销、广告传播、旅游酒店管理等相关专业优先；
2、 能够承担压力，较强的目标客户分析能力及敏锐的判断力；
3、 具备一定谈判能力、语言表达能力及公关能力，开展工作有计划性及目标性；
4、 性格大方，开朗乐观，能与团队合作；

Helen Doron Early English was founded in UK in 1985, which is the global leading brand in Early Englishing learning. It mainly covers the children aged from 3 months to 14 years old. Until now, HDEE has already set up more than 700 centers in over 40 coutries and benefited nearly a million babies, toddlers and children worldwide.
