Job Summary

Responsible for overall planning, organizing and execution of all IT functions pertaining to Financial Systems that include but are not limited to Oracle Financials (Payables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Costing), Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) and Oracle Supply Chain (Inventory, Order Management, Shipping, Warehousing, Landed Cost Management) in support of Telematics needs.

Provide all IT planning, development and maintenance to meet customer requirements as well as support and maintenance of Financial Systems and applications including the managing and development of new technical solutions.

Responsibilities

1.Oversee the development, design, and implementation of new applications and changes to existing computer systems and software packages as it pertains to Oracle Financial, Oracle Billing and Revenue Management, Oracle Business Intelligence and Oracle Supply Chain in support of Telematics.

2.Work with internal and external clients in Finance, Billing, Billing Operations, Purchasing, Supply Chain and Business Intelligence on tactical as well as strategic issues and ensure the smooth functioning of mission critical systems.

3.Ability to work in a complex global distributed environment with systems and personnel spread across many locations.

4.Proactively engages other colleagues in cross-functional efforts. Guides Technical Managers and Technologists to make sound decisions that support company priorities.

5.Evaluates business needs, researches and formulates application solutions, and makes solution recommendations to the VP, Architecture & Application Development. Ensures service levels are understood and met.



Qualifications:

Education

Bachelors in computer science, engineering, or related technical field. An MBA is preferred.

Experience

5-10 years of experience with the implementation of large scale Oracle applications including Oracle Financials, Oracle Supply Chain, Oracle Billing and Revenue Management and Oracle Business Intelligence.

Competencies

Excellent understanding of Billing and Financial applications. Ability to guide, mentor, and grow technologists. Ability to integrate people and teams. Comfortable working with senior management, technical leaders, quality assurance engineers and software developers. Ability to interact with business executives in business terms.
