职位描述


Maintain, implement and optimize C&B policy and practice;

维护,执行及优化公司薪酬福利的政策和实践;

  • Manage payroll team to monitor monthly payroll & social welfare administration

    管理薪资福利团队,监控全国每月工资社保管理工作

  • Verify & analyze staff salary adjustment application with HR comments for further approval;

    审核分析员工薪酬调整申请,提出相关审批建议;

  • Monitor the C&B policy execution in each region to ensure legal compliance

    监督各区域薪酬福利政策的执行,以确保符合法律规定

  • Collect C&B information from market & propose, improve company C&B policy;

    收集薪酬福利市场相关信息,不断优化公司薪酬福利政策

  • Responsible for annual salary adjustment & annual bonus issue covering organizing, analysis and implementation after approval;

    全面负责年度调薪及奖金组织、分析及审批后的执行;

  • Organize annual HR budget reporting, review budget summary and deliver to managements and related dept.

    组织年度人员预算报告,并对汇总预算数据进行复查,提交管理层或相关部门。

  • Keep timely update on compulsory regulations, rules and market trends on best practices by constant communication with lawyer, external trainer, and social security authorities;

    与劳动法律师、外部培训机构、社保机构保持持续沟通,保证国家规章制度和市场趋势的及时更新;

  • Closely work with HR agents on staff social benefits administration; Search, evaluate and select right vender on staff benefit related program.

    就社会福利管理与人力资源代理机构紧密合作;寻找评价并选择合适的代理机构联系员工福利计划。

  • Responsible for staff benefits planning, monitor the implementation to establish a healthy culture

    负责员工福利的计划、并监督实施情况,以营造健康合适的公司文化

  • Annual Health Check program implementation and optimization

    负责管理年度体检计划实施及改进

  • Review Local Staff Supplementary Insurance package annually.

    负责管理年度公司的补充医疗保险实施及改进.


Employee lifecycle Management 员工入、离、转等流程

  • Support mgmt in all initiatives on employee relationship program and concerns, including but not limited to staff console, labor arbitration and labor inspection.

    支持管理层,提议各项提升员工关系管理的项目;解决各类员工争议和劳动监察纠纷.

  • Control the Staff on-boarding and off-boarding procedure 监督管理员工入、离、转流程

  • Control and keep staff profile/filing in line with IOP员工档案合规管理

  • Staff contract management and renew controlling 员工合同续签及相关流程及监督文件控制流程

  • Expat HR Support, Supervise service provided by HR staff on contract, housing, payroll, insurance, expat administration & daily management, including Working Permit, Visa, and leave etc together with Admin dept if needed.

    监督和确保人力资源部的外籍员工管理流程和日常工作. (包括不仅限于:员工工资、住房补贴、保险、工作许可、居留许可等证件办理和更新)

    Plan & Implement performance management program 执行并管理员工绩效管理项目

  • Manage company performance appraisal program based on existing policy and review to optimize the process;

    根据现有政策,执行公司整体绩效考核工作,检查和优化流程;

  • Direct HR Business Partner to assist Department/Branch manager to setup KPI and supervise the implementation

指导HR业务伙伴的同事协助部门/分公司设定年度绩效考核指标并监督实施

  • Provide consultation and supporting about performance management related, assist to train and incent employees, provide suggestion and solution

提供绩效管理相关咨询及支持服务,提供建议解决方案

  • Analyze and evaluate the performance result link to salary adjustment and bonus release

分析、评估绩效结果与薪资调整及奖金发放的关系

HR system roll-out, daily administration SAP, ESS, HRIS etc 人事系统上线、更新及优化管理

  • Super user of HR system and support to keep system in line with HR strategy

    HR系统管理员,确保系统及时满足HR策略方向

  • System Update or Project Management 系统更新及相关项目管理

  • System manual update 系统手册更新

  • Prepare and timely update HR operational IOP and WI HR内部流程标准文件及指导手册制作及更新

    Subordinate Management and coaching下属人员管理及培养

  • Supervise subordinate task progress and verify working results;

    监督下属人员的工作进度并且审核其工作结果;

  • Coach subordinate for personal development; Share working experience with subordinates;

    辅导下属人员的个人发展;分享工作经验;

  • Evaluate subordinate performance and continuously motivate subordinates.

    评估下属的工作绩效并不断激励下属




Other Ad hoc assignments其他任务

  • Participate HR projects;

    参与与人力资源相关的项目工作;

  • Group/Local Auditor/reporting controlling

    集团及当地审计/报表控制

  • Manage HR monthly/quarterly/yearly report, PPT and surveys and ensure the data accuracy

    管理月度、季度、年度相关人事报表及PPT或调研,确保数据准确性

  • Perform HR data auditing and analysis

    人力数据审计及分析

  • Work with cross departments and support other HR projects;

    与其他部门的良好合作以及完成其他人力资源工作

  • Other task assigned by the superior. 完成上级经理布置的其他任务。
