一、工作内容：

1、按照公司管理规定进行IT系统管理与维护；

2、及时处理员工IT方面出现的问题；

3、需严格按照博泽公司IT标准进行管理与维护，包括硬件及软件、数据安全维护。

二、工作职责：

1、系统信息维护、安装；

2、实施和监测系统，并保证数据准确、安全、合法；

3、给终端用户提供支持，并按博泽标准维护与维修硬件及软件；

4、计算机操作的调度管理，备份，存储，和检索功能；

5、负责紧急应用的正常运行（JIT应急系统）；

6、回顾计算机和外围设备的生产、维修的报告，从而来确定成本；

7、维护和测试；

8、在SAP和IT基础架构下运行，协调内部资源和外部供应商。

三、要求

1、及时回应客户服务及需求，收集顾客的反馈来提高服务；
2、较好的解决问题，定期向经理汇报；

3、表述清楚，提供有效的数据；

4、服从指令，承担责任，按时完成任务；

5、英文良好，较好的阅读与沟通能力；

6、IT行业工作经验。

1. Main aim of job
· Administration of IT systems by performing the below listed duties and responsibilities.
· The function is the first contact for the employees at the location with regard to questions, information and problems in connection with the processing of information.
· In this context, the function must ensure adherence to the procedures, standards and agreements, that are actually valid for the hard - and software at Brose. This includes, especially, the requirements with regard to data protection and data safety.


2. Specific duties and responsibilities


· Performs the implementation, installation, and operation of information and functional systems for the organization.
· Implements and monitors management information systems policies and controls to ensure data accuracy, security, and legal and regulatory compliance.
· Provides support to end users in the selection, procurement, usage, and maintenance of software programs and hardware following the Brose standards.
· Manages computer operation scheduling, backup, storage, and retrieval functions.
· Develops SAP knowledge and supports users to achieve the best results using the system.
· Responsible for the normal operation of emergency application as (JIT Emergency Systems)
· Reviews reports of computer and peripheral equipment production, malfunction, and maintenance to determine costs and impact, and address problems.
· Maintains and tests disaster recovery plans.
· Runs IT projects in SAP and IT infrastructure are. Is able to coordinate internal resources and external supplier
