职位描述

Responsibilities:


1. To take ownership and exceed sales targets through the local implementation of the Country Sales Plan
2. Recruit, develop and manage a high performance team of field, telesales and new business personnel by setting, communicating and monitoring aligned goals and objectives, implementing remedial actions where required.
3. Lead the Field Sales and Telesales to drive Corporate Account, Key Account and Standard Account sales and New Business development in the geography.
4. Ensure customer data and segmentation for the geography is managed and maintained to enable accurate analysis of trends and KPMs, and to maximize Marketing campaign outcomes.
5. Lead the area sales team to achieve high levels of employee engagement and performance in line with the strategic objective to develop a "highly engaged and passionate workforce"
6. Use financial and customer data to analyse and plan effective territory coverage to exceed territory sales/growth targets

Requirements:
- Experience of Account Management and proven track record in Sales, preferably in a technical environment.
- Graduate or equivalent preferred, with a business/Management qualification
- People Management skills and experience of managing a remote team
- Financial and business awareness with good analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiating and influencing skills.
