工作职责：
1、负责模具预检修计划的制订和工艺卡的编制修改。新产品的启动模具上线投入使用；模具换线生产；模具更改，对模具和压力机参数调整，保证从批量开始到结束及每个生产批量都能获得稳定的零件质量
2、新模具的工艺图纸会签审核及与现生产工艺和模具标准的符合性，承担模具预验收的工作，检查模具制造和批量生产的稳定性，负责模具的最终验收、调试、预批量生产和试装后模具的改进，承担着新产品按期生产和质量风险。
3、负责模具的日常维修在线调整和模具的大修技术改进，并做可行性分析、项目的拟订、报批包括元件的选型、主持项目的实施，保证模具品质完好率，提高劳动生产率降低故障。参与质量改进分析，并提供决策方案，负责组织进度实施。
4、负责编制模具维修各项程序文件，模具备件订购、商谈、确定、补充、测绘和国产化替代，跟踪备件到货情况和使用后的质量评估。
5、对模具的结构和更改后的模具使用安全负安全技术责任，保护措施的指定、资料、图纸和维修记录移交存档，培训相关操作工、维修工并接受咨询。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，冲压，机械设计和模具成型专业
2.3年以上汽车产业工作经验，在冲压模具设计，管理和维护领域有经验，能紧跟铸型设计和生产过程
3.掌握CAD，Pro/E和其他电脑办公软件
4.流利口头和书面英文能力
