岗位职责：

1.船员部的管理工作。负责船员上下船调配，安排船员上下船手续，

2.做好船员的日常维护工作；

3.负责船员证书扫描、收集、归档；

4.维护船员信息数据库；

5.拓展船员及客户资源；

6、持有大副、二副以上资历优先；有丰富相关行业工作经验优先。

任职要求：

1.大专及以上学历，船员优先，

2.英语水平较好（通过CET-3/4，通过CET-4或口语好优先录用）；

3.性格开朗，沟通能力较强，工作细致，有较强的抗压能力和业务开拓能力。；

4.学习/理解能力强，能够尽快进入工作状态，团队协作能力强；

5.招聘人数为2~3人；

“武汉泛和”主营业务以船舶配员和船舶管理为主，其中，船舶配员业务板块，我们以“泛和海员（PANWORLD CREW）”品牌在全球为客户提供最优质的船舶配员与管理服务。 依据《中华人民共和国国际海运条例》，公司于2007年经湖北省交通运输厅审查批准，获国际海运辅助业的经营资质，获准从事国际海运辅助业的经营活动与船员服务业务，包括国际船舶管理、船舶配员服务、培训办证、海事咨询等。

公司成立以来，通过提供优质的服务，“武汉泛和”已和国内外一些知名航运企业建立了良好的长期合作关系。目前我们拥有的船员资源网络涵盖数百名持有国家海事局签发的无限航区与沿海航区等各类适任证书的船员，这些船员可为内陆水域、国内沿海和远洋航行的散杂货船、集装箱船以及油化船、LPG、LNG船提供服务。

2010年公司通过严格审核获取了中国海事局颁发的船员服务机构许可证（甲级），同时公司安全管理体系通过中国船级社认证，获CCS颁发DOC，取得管理散货船，杂货船，集装箱船及其他货船的管理资质。2013年8月MLC2006公约生效，在此之前，公司已通过巴拿马及利比里亚等船旗国派出机构的严格审核，先后获OMCS船级社及LIBERIA海事局依据MLC2006公约规则A1.4颁发SRPS资质（海员招募与安置服务机构认证资质）。同年，公司获推选为湖北省船员服务协会理事单位。2017年，公司获得海员外派资质证书。

The Pan World Group (PWL) is a globalised enterprise with the globalisation vision.
