(注意：此职位实际工作地点是江苏常州)

Responsibilities:
- Set up and installation of (a part) of new production processes based on the customer part drawing. It concerns parts like gears, shafts and other highly accurate mechanical components.
- Specify in detail the necessary machine tools, fixtures, cutting tools and process sheets.
- Responsible for the production process from project kick off till implementation on the shop floor, including the pre try out, try out and PPAP runs on the related parts both at the suppliers and on the VCST shop floor.
- Trains and supports local engineering, quality, maintenance and production operators till they capable to operate the equipment independently.
- Set targets (Quality, costs and leadtime) at the start of the project have to be achieved according to the VCST milestones.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or above.
- Minimum 2 years experience in comparable position.
- Machining Processes in use at VCST
- CNC programming (Siemens and/or Fanuc)
- Statistical Process Control
- Analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Continuous improvement focus.
- Teamplayer with a High level of independency in his job specific assignments.
- Cost and target driven.
- Self supporting.
- Languages : Must be fluent in English (oral and written) other languages are a plus.
- Willing to spend extensive time periods in Europe (at HQ and Machine tool suppliers)
- Background on setting up of standard times, work cell analysis, lean manufacturing etc…

工作职责：
- 根据客户图纸确定并建立新的生产工艺流程，涉及到的零件包括齿轮、轴等高度精密加工零件
- 详细说明所需机床、工装、刀具和工艺流程卡片
- 负责生产工艺流程，从项目开始到车间量产，包括试样、PPAP，同时负责供应商处和VCST车间
- 培训和支持当地工程、质量、维修和生产部门使能独立操作机器
- 按照VCST项目管理模式设立项目开始初期的目标，包括质量、成本和交付期等

要求：
- 机械工程专业，本科以上学历
- 至少同等职位两年以上工作经验
- 熟悉VCST使用的机加工工艺
- 熟悉CNC编程 （Siemens或Fanuc）
- 熟悉统计过程控制SPC, 具备分析问题和解决问题能力
- 团队工作能力，独立工作能力，成本和目标为导向
- 良好的英文口语和书面沟通能力
- 能够长期到欧洲总部工作
- 有标准工时设定、工作单元分析和精益生产背景者优先
