Responsibilities:

IC process setup and improve

- To improve the production technology according to requirement from pilot or the demand of production and market.

- To design and improve overall flow (physical flow and information flow)

- To update and analyze company common work standards(productivity)

- To analyze and report the manufacturing relevant indicators monthly-experience in 6 sigma project, know how to use tools such as DOE..

Process improve

- lean knowledge

- Improvement follow-up

- To follow up and monitor the improving process of production technology, put forward solution in case any problem arises

- To arrange implementation of new equipment/process/jigs and ensure on-time capacity extension

Process changes

- To communicate with supervisors of relevant departments on requirement or changes of production;to coordinate the material supply and logistics of production.

As leader, to communicate production change or new requirement, such as sub-con, localization...

- Document integration and standards

- Establish, analyze and update company common work standards.

- Integrated document including process document, external document, improving projects & Cpk.

- Providing training to operators for WI.

Contribution to specific project

- Work in new offer project for launching on schedule, contribution on equipment approval, improvement and other issues solving in Product Realization Process

- Support purchaser to do outsourcing (process technical support, component batch size and packaging definition)

Technology transmission

- To transmit to producer process information and knowledge and where necessary provide relevant training in order to ensure smooth operation of production.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in Mechanical-electronics , Mechanics, material industrial engineering

- Have electric industry experience

- Knowledge in Lean production , 6 sigma project experience ,Good at written and spoken English, CET-4; MS Office, AutoCAD
