Key Responsibilities
- Lead an up to 15 person project team to successfully implement and deliver bank application systems on budget on time
- Drive project plan and execution
- Manage customer expectation and satisfaction
- Discuss with customer for system requirement specification and documentation
- Review system architecture and provide constructive suggestion
- Undertake certain development and design work as project needed
- Review and track each team member status

Qualifications and Requirements
- BSCS / MSCS or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of experience in software development
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience
- Minimum 3 years of C/C++ design and development experience
- Must have knowledge and management experience with CMMIII or above
- Strong and in-depth domain knowledge and core bank system experience
- Strong knowledge and experiences on IBM RS6000 or HP UX, CICS or Tuxedo and DB2 or Oracle.
- Strong communications skills and excellent team player
- Willing to travel on customer-sites
- Adaptable on dynamic job assignment

- 管理客户对项目的期望值和满意度
- 同客户讨论项目需求规格说明书和文档编制
- 系统架构审阅并提出建设性建议
- 根据项目的需要可承担部分开发和设计工作
- 协调各开发小组并跟踪项目组成员的进度

资质和经验要求
- 计算机本科或硕士学历
- 至少8年的从事软件开发经验
- 至少5年的项目管理经验
- 至少3年的C/C++设计和开发经验
- 必须具备CMM3或以上级的知识和项目实施
- 很强的银行业务知识及核心业务系统项目经验
- 很强的IBM RS6000或HP UX、CICS或Tuxedo、以及DB2或Oracle知识和经验。
- 很强的沟通能力和团队协作精神
- 愿意出差到客户现场
- 适应动态任务分配
