工作职责：
1.客户的电话接听和接待

2.负责老师日常教学工作协助与支持
3.建立和管理会员信息及档案
4.会员学习情况的电话回访以及指导
5.制定教学预算及采购教学用品
6.向会员提供专业性指导，并处理会员投诉及意见。

岗位要求：
1.大专及以上学历，有爱心，热爱幼儿教育
2.有较好的英文听说能力，熟练掌握办公软件
3.有良好的沟通能力和协调能力，能够独立解决客户投诉及建议
4.有良好的服务意识，有客服经验者优先

Helen Doron Early English was founded in UK in 1985, which is the global leading brand in Early Englishing learning. It mainly covers the children aged from 3 months to 14 years old. Until now, HDEE has already set up more than 700 centers in over 40 coutries and benefited nearly a million babies, toddlers and children worldwide.
