1 Organizing annual budgeting

组织年度预算的制定

2 Preparing monthly landing & forecast, organize & follow up action to ensure monthly sales & margin budget

组织月度绩效预估，并组织和跟进营运部门采取行动以确保月度销售和利润预算

3 Analyzing monthly financial index, organize operation team to make action plan for next month

分析月度财务绩效，组织营运部门制定行动计划

4 Managing the progress & evolution of annual commercial contract signature

管理年度合同的签订进度及合同条款的改善情况

5 Developing analytical tools & reports for operation team reference

制作报表和分析工具，供营运部门参考及分析

6 Taking in charge of Process Optimization & Implementation

负责部门流程的优化，确保营运部门执行相关流程

2，职位要求
1）学习及理解能力强，反应快
2）沟通能力强，适当的strong/aggresive preferred
3）责任心强
4）英语听说读写顺畅，可作为工作语言
5）有财务分析/控制经验，有零售业经验优先考虑
