一、职责范围 Scope of responsibility

1、编制项目进度计划，并负责策划、落实及跟踪；

Edit project progress planning, responsible of scheduling, carry out and follow-up

2、组织项目小组对新产品要求的可行性以及本公司针对此项目的制造可行性进行评审；

Organize project team to evaluate new products requirements feasibility and production feasibility.

3、参与新项目开发目标的确定以及策划、跟踪各开发目标的执行情况

Participate new projects development goal setting, planning and follow up projects implementation during development period.

4、 负责管理新项目小组内部以及小组之间的沟通，及时与顾客或供方的项目经理的联系，全面负责顾客对新产品的审核以及审核问题的落实，参与新项目开发目标的确定以及策划、跟踪各开发目标的执行情况

Manage internal communication of new project team and inter communication between teams, timely communicate with customer and supplier’s project leader, responsible of customer audit for new products and open issues solution implementation, participate in the validation and scheduling of new development goals, follow-up the progress of the development goals.

5、全面负责新产品开发阶段以及量产阶段的设计/工程更改分析、落实工作，项目小组应该长期存在参与新项目开发目标的确定以及策划、跟踪各开发目标的执行情况

Responsible of design change, engineering change analysis and implementation of new products under development and in mass production, project team shall participate in new project development goals setting, scheduling and follow-up development goals progress.

6、负责组织项目小组对APQP、PPAP资料的整理。

Responsible of organizing project team to sort out APQP, PPAP documentation.

7、承担部分客户的商务相关职责。

Responsible of the commercial job of part of the customers.

二、 任用资格Competence

1、工作积极主动、认真负责，善于沟通、交流，为人诚实守信、有良好的职业道德与团队合作精神；

Pro-active working, serious and responsible, good at communication, honest and keep word, have good professionalism and team co-working mindset.

2、本科以上学历，或合适相关工作经验；

Higher than university grade, or working experience in similar position.

3、机械类相关专业毕业，3年以上的同行业相关岗位工作经验；

Mechanical or material engineering diploma, more than 2 years of working experience in similar position

4、熟悉顾客的产品要求及相关OEM的特殊要求；

Familiar with customer product specifications and OEM’s special requirements.

5、熟悉APQP、PPAP工具，了解 FMEA、MSA、SPC工具；

Familiar with APQP, PPAP tools, understand FMEA, MSA, SPC tools

6、熟练英语或法语

Proficient in English or French
