Job Descriptions 岗位职责:

1．Develop and maintain a good working relationship with research institutes, and undertake research and transformational medicine projects with them based on biospecimen, furthermore, responsible for or participate in the project planning and operation.

与各大院所建立联系，合作开展基于生物样本的科研及转化医学项目，并负责或参与项目的策划和运作。

2．Organize regional marketing programmes (Market presentations, workshop, etc.) and propose feasible market promotion scheme.

组织区域内的市场推广计划（市场宣讲活动、技术交流培训会等），提出可行性市场推动方案。

3．Integrate domestic and foreign research trends and frontier information in cohort studies. Develop targeted research programs to promote the implementation combined with the needs between biobank and partner.

整合国内外大队列研究动态和前沿信息，并结合样本库及合作方的需求，制定具有针对性的研究方案，推动方案的实施。

4．Medical technologies support during clinical research.

临床研究过程中的医学支持工作。

5．Medical affairs support during ethical review projects.

伦理项目形式审查过程中的医学事务支持工作。

6．Handle the consultation in time and maintain a good communication with the project partner.

及时处理咨询，与项目合作方保持良好的沟通。

7．Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

完成领导交办的其他事务。

Job Requirements 任职资格:

1．Doctor degree major in Medicine, epidemiology and evidence-based medicine education background is preferred.

医学相关专业博士学历，有流行病学、循证医学专业背景优先考虑。

2．At least 5 years working experience in CRO business development, business negotiation, etc., good customer accumulation in pharmaceutical industry.

5年以上CRO公司业务拓展、商务洽谈等方面的工作经验，有良好的医药行业客户积累。

3．Familiar with cohort studies or multi-omics research design and application, technical method development and analyse data acquisition, etc., experienced in medical research related technical.

熟悉队列研究或多组学研究科研项目申报、研究方案设计、技术方法开发及数据采集分析等环节，医学研究相关技术经验丰富。

4．Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, with strong market sensitivity, information capture and organization coordination ability.

英语听、说、读、写熟练，能高效阅读科研文献，具有很强的市场敏感度、信息捕获能力和组织协调能力。

    武汉***人类遗传资源库（以下简称“武汉样本库”）是在湖北省、武汉市、东湖高新区的统筹布局下，按照“政府主导、多方共建，区域整合、开放共享”的总体思路和“1+N”的建设模式（即1个总库，多个分库），建设和打造的***重大科技基础设施和科技资源共享服务平台。
    武汉***人类遗传资源库致力于人类遗传资源保藏利用、技术开发、成果转化和数据共享，积极承接国家科技创新的重要使命，促进我国人类遗传资源的有效保护与合理利用，支撑生物医药产业创新发展，是湖北省“光谷科技创新大走廊发展战略规划（2021-2035年）”重点项目。
    2020年1月21日，武汉样本库获得人类遗传资源保藏行政审批（国科遗办审字〔2020〕BC0001号），成为《中华人民共和国人类遗传资源管理条例》（国令第717号）颁布施行后国内***通过保藏审批的第三方样本库。
