·         Communicate with Commercial team on sales forecast and sales order

·         Review production parameter database with operation departments and drive plant to optimize capacity to meet customer demand

·         Work together with regional/global planning team on mid & long-term capacity scheduling and package material allocation, balance resource between both outside and inside, and support sister plants

·         Collaborate with Division Supply Chain, production, QA, Technology…etc. to optimize production line performance and improve scheduling reliability

·         Schedule 2-week production plan, secure customer demand at a low cost

·         Formulate and tack action plans to mitigate supply risk

·         Support engineering experiment, development projects and line/product qualification as well as machine maintenance on production line scheduling

·         Continuously improve scheduling tool / process and process documentations & standardizations.

·         Manage package material resource plan to secure supply plan

·         Monitor and manage non-standard FS/FG inventory to abide by inventory management policy

·         Coach and lead planner for talent development

Education & Experience  

·         Bachelor or above, majored in Industrial Engineering or related fields

·         Good at English communication

·         Over 5 years working experiences in production planning or demand -supply planning in multinational/international Company

·         Over 3 years team management experience
