职位描述

The Role

  1. Work as team member to develop and implement business plan for diffuse market.
  2. Develop and maintain good customer relationships in customers to win maximum market share.
  3. Seek for new opportunity from potential customers to win market share.
  4. Keep an eye on competitor’s activities in the territory to support competitor analysis.
  5. Develop and co-work with distributors to growth revenue.
  6. Teamwork with application team to win orders.
  7. Follow up the sales strategy and objectives of division to achieve sales target.
  8. Regular visit to customers in China.


What you can expect from us?

  1. Develop new customers in diffuse market field to expand business
  2. Maintain exist customers/OEMs to win market share
  3. Manage opportunity pipelines and update sales forecast
  4. Identify and follow up new opportunities to win order
  5. Develop channel sales, co-work and support distributors to win orders and market share
  6. Make regular customer visit, be willing to travel > 50%
  7. Report competitor activities and market information
  8. Create customer perception of Edwards excellence Make use of the whole organization to create value in customers eyes
  9. EHS responsibility: please refer to Document No. ESP05--Structure and Responsibility.
  10. Follow up the company strategy to meet sales target
  11. Participate and complete sales forecast
  12. Accomplish assignment from Manager.


What we expect of you?

  1. Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ sales experience or 3+ years’ sales experience but have technical and applications support background in vacuum industry.
  2. Be familiar with High Vacuum product.
  3. Have experience to work alone for big and complexity projects or customers.
  4. High motivation to win business and high sensitivity to customer needs.
  5. Rich experience to build and maintain customer relationship.
  6. Experience or capabilities in product presentations for customers.
  7. Good communicating skills and coordinating with potential and existing customers about upcoming events, problem solving, price negotiation, payment term, agreement.
  8. Self-motivation and ability to work under pressure.
  9. Keen interest in understanding the market and competition.
  10. Good computer skills.
  11. Good English language skill at speaking and written.
