Key Responsibility:

1. Responsible for entire system Software quality by vlidation test.
2. Monitor software quality according to software development procedure routinely 
3. Resolve software quality issues, drive quality improvement program & develop Corrective Action Plans
4. Customer visit and understand customer validation requirement, get alignment on validation target goal, strategy and test plan.
5. Drive all customer validation requirement to internal validation specification and execution.
6. Identify new test case and test tools development plan with team
7. Focal point for technical discussion during validation execution. Internal:
8. Have ability to analyze requirement document and design test plan and test cases
9. Lead team to review and evaluate the risk in each development phase.
10. Work with other members of software and test team, make software functional test based on test case to ensure software is fully validated
11. Software test tools development and management
12. Provide SQA report regularly
13. Validation status management

 

Basic Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related major
2. Possess at least 2+ years of software testing and QA work experience
3. Experience and demonstrated proficiency with CMM/CMMI & ISO9000
4. Good English communication skills

 

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience of embedded software design
2. Experience with tcp/ip and dhcp
3. Experience with Wireshark
4. Experience with Android device testing
5. Experience with web server or application server
6. Experience with security product
