职位描述
Job Description:
- Assisting the members of the management on different administrative tasks such as:prepare meetings,taking notes,keep track on defined action points /domestic and international travel arrangements for management, restaurant/flight/hotel booking, expense reimbursement and report /manage and maintain residence/working permit applications,renting contracts for the apartments of the foreign managers,maintain and negotiate contracts for company cars /process documents for general office management like office lease contract,business license
- Act as the representative of the Shenzhen branch office;develop strong rapport to the assistants of other Asian and European entities and business partners of Deutsche Telekom to coordinate meetings/visits of executive management delegations
- Coordinate and communicate internal tasks towards the teams of the Shenzhen branch office
- Perform any other temporary tasks assigned by the members of management
- Perform and finish the assigned tasks according to company policy and procedure
Professional skills:
- Must have a bachelor degree with at least 5 years of working experience in multinational environment, preferred majored in administration management or English
- Good written and verbal communication,coordinating and organizational skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks effectively with frequent interruptions
- Professionalism with integrity,dedication and teamwork spirit
- Proactive and systematic working style with the ability to learn fast and apply new tools and processes
- Proven mastery of Microsoft Office applications (Word,Excel,PowerPoint)
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Overseas study background and/or working experience are preferred
