客户经理 Account Manager – 自主品牌客户(广州) Local OEM(Base in Guangzhou)
工作概要 Job Summary
积极开展前期沟通,引导客户采用公司产品和技术,获取RFQ,提供具备竞争力的报价,完成新项目获取目标,建立和维护良好的客户关系,不断更新客户战略,维护现有销售合同及订单管理,组织实施客户满意度调查。
Actively carry out pre-communication, guide customers to adopt company products and technologies, obtain RFQ, provide competitive quotation, complete new project acquisition goals, establish and maintain good customer relationships, continuously update customer strategy, maintain existing sales contracts and order management. Organize the surveys of customer satisfaction.
主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- 新业务拓展 New Business Development
- 积极开展前期沟通(pre-RFQ activity),引导客户采用公司产品和技术;

- 通过积极主动的市场开拓获得客户RFQ;

- 参与组织协调公司各部门,提交有竞争力的报价;

- 完成年度新项目获取目标;

- 建立和维护客户车型规划;

- 不断获取客户信息、更新客户战略;

- 现有客户维护 Existing customer maintenance
- 及时签订和维护销售合同,价格协议等客户文件;
- mely sign and maintain sales documents, price agreements and other customer documents
- 管理产品价格,完成年度降价谈判,及时维护系统价格;
- nage product prices, complete annual price reduction negotiations, and maintain system prices in a timely manner
- 确保销售回款和研发费,样品等费用的回收;
- sure the recovery of sales and research and development expenses, samples and other expenses

- 进行月度、年度业务状况分析,并完成提交月度、年度业务分析报告;
