职位描述
1.保证工厂的质量的KPI（PPM/顾客抱怨）与顾客跟踪的保持一致
Ensure that plant quality KPIs (PPM / Customer Complaint) are the same as those followed by the customer
2.负责在量产阶段认可限度样
Be responsible for validation of boundary samples if needed during serial life
3.保证交付给顾客的零件是没有缺陷的，每个偏差，需要工厂提供行动计划并被工厂跟踪
Ensure that parts without defects are delivered to the customer, for each derogation, there is an action plan driven by the plant.
4.保证顾客的抱怨在工厂和UAP及时采取措施（D3直到D8)(特别分析和跟踪行动计划）和根据顾客的需求及时将相关的整改信息提供给顾客。将信息提供给总经理和顾客质量总裁
Ensure that customer complaints are treated by the plant / UAP on time (D3 until D8) (particularly in term of analysis and following action plan) and maintain the customers
5.确保8QB在生产上被有效开展
Ensue 8QB be implemented efficiently
6.现场工位质量文件的确认,以保证和控制计划的一致性
Be responsible of quality document validation in each station and their coherence with the control plan
7.现场质量问题支持，包括：QRCI的支持，数据的收集与分析，质量改善方向的建立
Support quality problem solving,including:QRCI invloving, data collection and analysis and quality focus establish
8.供应商产品及工艺(PPAP)的认可
Supplier components and process validation
9.对供应商提出不合格品抱怨
Complain to suppliers for the non-conformity
10.确保S/R特性满足要求并跟踪S/R符合率
Secure S/R Characteristics and Follow the securization rate
任职资格：
1.本科及以上, 机械制造/材料专业等理工类管理或机械专业
Bachelor Degree or above major in Science about Mechanism or Material
2.3年以上汽车制造行业工作经验;2年以上质量管理工作经验
At least 3 years working experience in Automotive Manufacturing Industrial and at least one year in Quality Management
3.质量工具(PFEMA/APQP/SPC/MSA)的理论和方法
