Responsibility:

As a recruitment consultant, you will be responsible to deliver full cycle recruitment service to our client, you will be:

    

    

1, Handling recruitment assignment independently in your focus business discipline.

    

2, Communicating with clients to understand their business needs and providing recruitment solutions for them.

    

3, Setting up candidate sourcing strategy, identifying and evaluating target candidates according to client’s requirements.

    

4, Solving all conflicts and problems during the whole process such as interview arrangement, offer negotiation, reference check etc.

    

5, Business development and client maintenance.

    

    

    

Qualifications:

    

1, Bachelor or above degree in relative discipline, marketing, finance or human resources;

    

2, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

    

3, Result-driven and strong desire to success;

    

4, Innovative thinking and ability to take new trails;

    

5, Willing to take challenges and able to work under great pressure

    

6, Proficient in English and Mandarin
