Responsibility:

As a recruitment consultant, you will be responsible delivery full cycle recruitment service to our client, you will be:

作为助理顾问，你将负责向我们的客户提供全方位的招聘服务：

1, Handling recruitment assignment independently in your focus business discipline.

独立完成招聘任务

2, Communicate with client to understand their business needs and provide recruitment solution for them.

与候选人沟通了解其需求及提供职位信息

3, Set up candidate sourcing strategy, identify and evaluate target candidates according client’s requirement.

建立并维护招聘渠道，根据客户需求评估和确定估候选人

4, Solve all conflict and problem during the whole process such as interview arrangement, offer negotiation, reference check etc.

解决整个招聘流程出现的问题，如面试安排，薪资，背景调查等

5, Business development and client maintenance.

新客户的开发与维护

Qualifications:

1, Bachelor or above degree in relative discipline;

本科及其以上学历，优秀者可放宽限制

2, At least half year working experience with open personality, recruitment experience;

至少半年的招聘经验

3, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

优秀的沟通能力和人际交往能力

4, Result driven and strong desire to success;

结果导向和强烈的成功欲

5, Willing to take challenges and able to work under great pressure;

愿意接受挑战并能承受较大的压力

6, Fluent in Mandarin and English.
