ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    

1) Market research and analysis in term of size, trend, application, potential customers, competitions, desired products information in the industries of Semiconductor, Glass, Medical;

    

2) Identify focusing markets, make business development plan and carry out actions;

    

3) Constantly search, find, new projects & customers;

    

4) Meet annual development & turnover target;

    

5) Work with team members & other teams for the best interest of the company and be a team player;

    

6) Leverage cooperate world wide experience with close communicating & cooperating with HQ BDs;

    

7) Systematically and timely report market analysis and customer project activities internally or externally;

    

8) Understand client challenges and provide value based solution;

    

9) Maintain healthy relationship with current and potential clients;

    

10) Other assigned tasks.

    

    

    

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

    

1) Bachelor Degree or above;

    

2) 5+ years experience in sales and BD roles, ideally with a relevant working networks;

    

3) Experience in optic measuring automation is preferred;

    

4) A sound understanding of client requirements and market dynamics;

    

5) Professional, service-oriented and result-driven;

    

6) Quick learner and self-motivated;

    

7) Willing to work under pressure;

    

8) Excellent presentation skills;

    

9) Fluent in both written and spoken English.
