Our client is a multi-national company which is a global provider of innovative solutions for the treatment and recycling of wastewater.

Summary of Responsibilities

• Ensuring that contract deliverables, invoices, bonds etc. are issued in accordance with Contract Terms and Conditions
• Liaison with Client for progress of project and release of payments
• Monitoring of the project budget within the allocated budget & Cost control
• Involvement in pre-contract proposals, estimating and bid support
• Ensuring that all the quality procedures are followed for each project in a timely and effective manner
• Technical coordination within the Organica team for engineering activity
• Coordination with Client & Consultant for document submission and approval
• Full accountability for planning, directing, organizing and coordinating assignments
• Conduct weekly project reviews and prepare the weekly report
• Liaise with clients or EPC contractors for the process commissioning and government performance test
• Liaise with clients, review Organica performance and take corrective actions if necessary
• Take lead of Organica products installation on site, provide technical training to the contractors and ensure the installation is in a good quality.

Qualifications

• University degree in Science/Engineering (Civil, Chemical, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering preferred)
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role (required in infrastructure industry, preferably in water/wastewater industry)
• Good written and spoken Mandarin and English
• Good skills at MS Word, MS Power Point and MS Excel and knowledge of Project controlling  / monitoring systems and software (MS Project or Primavera); familiar with Auto CAD and Revit is a plus
