l ？ Check SSCC store outbound accuracy including goods quantity and quality , batch accuracy.

l ？ Double check the pallet wrapping quality, and record loading efficiency .

KPI:

ü ？ Checking ratio of expensive articles in the SSCC lists: 100%

ü ？ Checking ratio of normal articles (excluding expensive articles): Minimum 4% of the total SSCCs

ü ？ Checking ratio of batch accuracy: 1 SSCC pallet per day on average.

ü ？ Store GR claims of Warehouse Responsibility on the cartons which has been checked by exit-check staff: Zero (in principle)

ü ？ Reporting timely: send the batch accuracy report on the same day of the checking.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

l ？ Cooperate with other members to insure exit check store outbound order accuracy to 99.9%.Record the difference among the RF, and make outbound difference lists and pallet lists every day

l ？ Daily check LSP pallet wrapping quality, loading efficiency.

l ？ Inspect the warehouse to insure the management of LSP achieving metro requirements.

l ？ Back up the logistic operation work of other staff in the team.

Qualifications

Education:

l Associate degree holder or above

Experience:

l Prefer with Supply chain and logistics background and at least 1 year relevant working experience

Skills and Competencies:

l ？ Good at Excel,

l ？ Hard-working and fast learner

l ？ Good time management and close tasks tracking

l Be fluent in Chinese (spoken and written) , English is a plus
