Work as part of a successful Order Management Team (OMT) team responsible for delivering all aspects of Order Management administration. Comply with business processes and controls to deliver ‘best in class’ customer service and order management fulfilment.

  Key Deliverables

• Successful and timely booking and lifecycle handling of all product orders
• Support local business data & info requisitions regarding Revenue, Booking, Shipping, Cash flow, and logistics etc.
• Work within guidelines of Global policies and processes

  Responsibilities

  Order Entry：

• Ensure good document control

• Customer Order Processing in Oracle

• Generate Standard Sales Orders; Warranty Orders; RMA orders

• Requisitioning parts, materials, services

• Follow credit approval process (including dispute resolution)

• Customer master data set up & management

• Execute Approved Special Pricing correction

• Order Acknowledgement

• Coordinate Goods receipt of orders on delivery and Out Bound Deliveries

Logistics Activities:

• Coordinating with Factories for arranging deliveries

• Coordinating with warehouse for arranging deliveries

• Follow up activities for customer invoicing to ensure better cash flow

• Expedites (work with planning, manufacturing, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, & customer)

• Experience with documentation and regulations for exporting to Middle East

• Outbound & Return Logistics coordination

Customer Invoicing Co-ordination：

• Coordination for Cost Invoice from factory

• Customer Invoicing

• Customer Credit Notes

Reports Tracking maintenance：

• Weekly Report Entity wise/LOB

• Internal MIS update

• SO tracking Report

• Data cleaning up

• Clear concise communications with sales representatives

• Delivery schedule of booked orders

• Demand plan of future orders

• OM related processes and principles requirements education
