Job Function:

This role is responsible for the full spectrum of Congqing plant site management, including but not limited EH&S, Quality control, Manufacturing, maintenance, lean event, productivity, cost control, S&OP, training, coaching, communication with internal and external parties.

Job Duties:

1.Oversee the manufacturing operations. Communicate with other departments regarding production issues, logistics, supply chain, or projects.

2.Conduct quality control and SAP operations( purchase orders creation/raw materials goods received/ post goods issue)

3.Leads lean/5S event and update lean board

4.Coach and mentor employees

5.Leads team to drive LWS and EHS programs

6.Conduct equipments maintenance.

7.Execute pre-defined Lean and Six Sigma productivity projects, e.g. cost saving projects, inventory control, FA reduction. Prepare ISO 9001 documents.

8.New sample preparation

9.Manage capital budget and prepare GCAP and execute capital projects

10.Identify at-risk conditions/behavior and housekeeping issues

11.Monthly reporting, review and analysis, KPI

12.Annual Planning: Annual Operation Plan, DMC review, Annual goal, PDR, Training, BOMs update

Skills and Abilities:

·2 year of managerial working experience. Working in MNC preferred

·Knowledge with ISO9001, ISO14001 and EHS management system

·Knowledge or experience 6-sigma and LEAN is an advantage

·Strong organizational, problem solving skills

·Good vertical and horizontal communication skills

·Aggressive, self-motivated, independent

·Good command in written English

·Proficient in computer operation (MS Word and Excel)

·Resource & schedule planning.

Education Level:

·University graduated in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering preferred

·Mechanical or Chemical Engineering background with some basic electrical / digital control concepts.
