岗位职责：

1、负责公司系统自动分配的咨询用户数据的跟进转化工作；

2、通过有效沟通，了解客户的需求，推荐适合的产品，对日常产品问题和客户需求记录整理成为产品知识点；

3、及时反馈客户诉求，促进网站产品迭代，提升用户体验和运营效率；

4、参加公司组织的各项业务培训与指导工作；

5、提供挑战性薪资，多劳多得。

 任职要求：

1、专科及以上学历，有电销经验的可放宽学历；

2、能快速并深入学习专业知识的能力，有较强的学习意愿，公司有完善的培训体系；

3、擅长用户分析总结，具备一定的销售技巧，能够挖掘用户需求；

4、工作责任心强，积极主动，认真负责，具备良好的团队合作精神，并有信心长期志立于公司的发展。

工作时间：

周一至周五：9：00-18：00（双休）法定节假日正常休息。

薪资构成：

无责底薪：4500+提奖+达成奖+奖金；

前三月综合月均收入5500-8000以上（优秀者月入过万）
