Responsibilities/Authorities
?Responsible for the successful implementation and sustainment of the BPO RPA / Tool Program. Leads the cross-functional team that is responsible for the agreed-upon business outcomes.
?Responsible for supporting the setup of Robotics operating model and business case development for client and overall program governance
?Analyze BPO deal processes, identify automation opportunities, define RPA/Tool value proposition, reengineer process to improve automation potential and recommend RPA/Tool approach/strategy
?Solution customized approach for customer with best practices from Methods, without compromising IP and includes:
oDocument outlining approach for the client
oAn operating Model for RPA/Tool
oAn RPA/Tool Platform
oAn approach to migrating to the platform
oA roadmap of key activities
oRPA/Tool high level Assessment
?Develop RPA/Tool architecture and solution proposal focusing on scalability and extensibility
?Work with the BPO Account Lead, BPO Service Delivery Lead, BPO Business Excellence teams and other key stakeholders to develop high level project plans for RPA/Tool implementation projects
?Manage risk and mitigation on the program through effective project management and stakeholder communication
?Have exposure to wide variety of technology problems and their solutions and use that to drive the adoption of best practices around coding, design, quality, and performance in the team
?Provides continuous advice/insights to RPA/Tool developers and Project Manager during project delivery
Participate in pre-sales client workshops, provide solution architect /technical architect support to the teams in RFI/RFP process

Qualifications
?8+ years of relevant Technology consulting (BPO RPA/Tool Analytics preferred) or industry experience
?At least 2 years of experience in BPO Robotic Process Automations (RPA) with one of the market leading RPA platforms: Automation Anywhere, BluePrism and/or UIPath
?Minimum 3 years of process design and process improvement experience
?Minimum 3 years of experience in programming (.NET, Java, etc.)
?Demonstrated expertise with at least 3 full life cycle analytics or systems integration engagements across strategy, design and implementation
?2+ years’ experience leading and managing project teams
?Basic understanding on Finance & accounting, Procurement will be a plus
?Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
