岗位职责：

1.确保及时、高效地解决设备故障，并配合相关人员分析处理设备不良，完成记录和报告

2.负责记录、分析设备设施的问题信息，制定计划推动实施验证并标准化 

3.实施TPM保养计划，完成记录和报告

4.执行设备设施的日、周、月巡检，记录和报告，水、电、气等消耗统计

5.记录设备备件信息，提交备件采购建议

6.支持其他部门，完成临时性的其他任务

7.确保工作满足公司安全、人力、质量体系的要求；遵守健康安全环境规定

8.了解通风系统的维护和保养；了解保护气站的维护与保养；了解特种设备的保养与维护

9.了解空调系统的保养与维护；了解电力系统和工厂供电；熟悉工厂基础设施及工厂布局；了解设备设施相关国家标准和法律要求；熟悉TPM系统

10.掌握officer办公软件、CAD等工具软件
