软件工程师-软件开发 SW Engineer – SW Development

工作概要 Job Summary

按照制定的项目计划执行相关部件或功能的软件开发工作。

Perform component development process activities as defined in the project plans.

主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities

1. 按照产品的需求文档和软件架构设计需求为汽车仪表&汽车娱乐导航系统相应的软件模块进行详细设计，

   Create software detailed design for cluster modules according to product requirement specification and software architecture specification

2. 建立和维护软件和产品开发环境，包括软件部件测试环境，软件仿真环境，硬件仿真环境及目标板开发环境。

Establish & maintain the development environment: component test environment, simulation, emulation, and target.

3. 创建和维护软件设计文档

Create and maintain software design documents

4. 分析由测试团队或客户发现的软件故障，并将之修复

Analyze the software issue found by validation team and customer and fix the bugs

5. 执行软件版本的配置管理，包括分支管理，Bugs修复管理，打软件版本标签，回归历史管理，软件存档及版本更新的模型建立。

   Implement configuration management of software variants (branch, share, hot-fix managing, label, repository history and archives, promotion model).

6. 支持和帮助助理软件工程师进行编码工作

Support the Assistant SW engineer to implement SW development task

Complete the SW development task in time and with high quality according to the defined project plan and schedule

有较强的实际操作能力，人际沟通方面的技能；能够发现问题，提出建议

Strong personal execution ability, good communication skill; to find problem and provide the suggestion

资格和要求 Qualification and Requirements:

1. 教育：本科及以上学历, 软件工程专业，电子工程专业，计算机专业或软件开发相关领域专业

   Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in SW Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or related, Master degree is desired.

2. 工作经验：2到5年以上工作经验，2年以上汽车产品开发工作经验，有跨国公司工作经验优先，若有汽车仪表工作经验更佳。

   Work Experience：3 to 5 years working experience with at least 1 or 2 years working experience in Automotive products. SW development experience in multinational company. SW development experience in Instrument Cluster product is preferred.

3. 专业知识/技能：

a) 熟悉C/C++软件编程

b) 至少2年以上汽车产品软件开发经验

c) 熟悉CAN总线协议及CAN网络管理协议

d) 具有汽车产品HMI软件设计和开发的能力，或相关应用功能的设计和开发能力

e) 熟悉MISRA C/C++规则

f) 较好的分析问题的技巧和解决问题的技巧

g) 流利的英语口语和书面交流能力

   Professional Skills：

a) Knowledge of C/C++ software programming language;

b) Minimum 2 years of experience in vehicle software development;

c) Knowledge of CAN Bus protocol, network management;

d) Experience in cluster HMI development， or experience in Application development

e) Knowledge of MISRA C/C++ rule

f) Excellent problem solving skill and analytical skill;

g) Good English verbal/written communication skills
