工作职责：

1. 负责原料粉料生产过程中的质量指标监控，抽样检测；

2. 负责大生产前的抽样检测、样品制作以给生产指导；

3. 能根据试验报告给予生产处理意见；

4. 负责材料工程师下达的配方样品制作；

5. 完成上司交代的其他任务。

岗位要求：

1. 中专以上学历、材料科学与工程专业背景；

2. 对材料或陶瓷行业有一定了解；

3. 有一定的实验室工作经验，对定量定性分析测量仪器有一定的了解和操作经验；

4. 为人踏实、能吃苦耐劳。
