职位描述
- Improve and refine plant quality system, ensure all system requirements are thoroughly executed within plant改进和完善工厂的质量体系,确保所有的体系要求在工厂内得到贯彻执行。
- Set up plant quality target such as COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality), number of customer complain, annual sorting cost, scrap cost…建立工厂的质量目标,如COPQ(劣质成本),客户投诉数量,年度分拣成本,报废成本…
- Raw Material quality management: a. Create supplier quality criteria and process control plan to make sure quality stability at supplier side; b. Qualify/audit supplier with sourcing team together; c. Set up quality control process for raw material receiving, inspection and reject return; d. Run quality test at internal lab or external testing source. 原材料质量管理:a.制定供应商质量标准和过程控制计划,确保供应商质量稳定; b.与采购团队一起对供应商进行资格认证;c.建立原材料接收、检验、退货的质量控制流程; d.在内部实验室或外部测试源进行质量测试。
- Product/Process quality control: a. Set up and monitor quality control process for all products to achieve internal quality level and upon customer request; b. lead to define measures for product process improvement; c. Perform FAI (First Article Inspection); 产品/过程质量控制:a.根据客户及内部品质要求,建立并监控所有产品的质量控制过程,以达到内部质量水平;b.领导制定产品过程改进的措施;执行c. FAI(首件检验)
- Finish Good Inspection: a. Direct the inspection of finished Products; b. Control plan and actionable measures for any quality defects. 产成品检验:a.指导成品检验; b.任何质量缺陷的控制计划和可采取的措施。
- Customer Service: Provide quick and satisfactory responses to any customer concerns by collaborating with cross-functional teams and suppliers. 客户服务:通过与跨职能团队和供应商的合作,对客户关注的问题提供快速和满意的响应
- Management and communication a. Lead quality team to achieve the KPIs which are assigned by TOP management team b. Coach and train IQC and FQC to be qualified person for the position c. Balance the manpower for quality functions and allocate subordiators according to task and workload. d. Communicate with internal and external functions for all of quality/environmental activities. 管理和沟通a.带领质量团队完成***管理层分配的kpi任务; b.指导和培训IQC和FQC,使其成为该职位的合格人选;c.根据任务和工作量,平衡质量职能的人力和人员配置; d.与内部和外部职能部门就所有质量/环境活动进行沟通。

3+ years working experience for quality/engineering field in manufactory industry. 大专以上学历,3年以上制造行业质量/工程工作经验。
Practical experience in leading quality improvement activities/projects in plant; 有在工厂领导质量改进活动/项目的实际经验
Knowing the most effective and efficient quality processes and tools: FMEA, CP, PPAP, SPC, MSA.. 了解最有效和高效的质量过程和工具:FMEA, CP, PPAP, SPC, MSA
