REPORTING TO: Operationally reporting to local Plant Manager

Functionally to Global Operations Quality Director

  

JOB PURPOSE

  Responsible for product quality control, maintain quality system, daily management and product quality improvement.

  

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  

- Implement company quality policy and management objectives, lead the quality improvement activities to support the cost & delivery level.

  

- Develop and participate in the quality inspection standard setting for raw material, components and finished goods etc. according to drawings/standards, to ensure that all products have be controlled & managed.

  

- In charge of unqualified parts management, develop & implement the preventive and corrective actions

  

- Responsible for establish the quality signs and process, and monitoring their effectiveness.

  

- Collect the quality issue data & information (SCR, NRFT, etc.), and organizing relevant departments to analyse and improve

  

- Manage the instruments inspection, measuring tools and experimental equipment

  

- Implement Group standard quality methods and tools, e.g. the Quality Control Pillar.

  

- Participate in the development of group standard quality control.

  

- Participate in supplier evaluation and selection

  

- Develop quality team training to improve quality awareness, professional knowledge and skills

与此同时，伊莱克斯商用在2015年全资收购上海威顺电器有限公司，并作为商用业务在华投资的生产基地。收购之后，伊莱克斯中国历经重组、整合、调整等洗礼，最终于2019年涅磐展翅，重新整合为一家专注于国内商用设备并集研、产、销于一体的新公司，即伊莱克斯（上海）商用机器有限责任公司。
伊莱克斯（上海）商用机器有限责任公司，坐落于上海市奉贤区，占地35亩，工厂面积约为27000平方，设有销售、市场、售后、生产、研发等多个职能部门，员工总人数为200人，业务范围遍及全国各大省市及部分亚洲和欧洲等地区。
