Duties/Responsibilities:
职责：
1）Coordinates and solves assigned technical product, process related issues with support on electrical debug of products, provides direction/guidance/training to engineers or technicians to continual improve on the manufacturing and assembly process,
协同解决相关电源产品工艺问题，并对其他工程师技术员提供相关的电源产品生产工艺的培训
2) Introduce new product for AC-DC and DC-DC, prepare working instruction ， production fixture design， process design.
负责电源产品生产的作业指导书，制程夹具开发，工艺流程的设计等
3) Provide first level technical support to manufacturing for immediate problem resolution and work with development to implement DFM and DFT lessons learnt from CM。Before produce new product, need to do FMEA and DFM review , then feedback finding to design and tracking till RD fix all finding
提供生产过程中相关工艺技术支持并有效的解决问题。
负责产品的FMEA和DFM实施和审核。
负责电源产品研发过程中的DFM和DFT review, 紧密配合工程部门处理相关的产品工艺设计和问题解决。
4） During pilot run, need to leading whole production process，can give short term solution and long term solution when encounter issue during pilot run.
主导产品试产过程中的工艺制程，及时分析并解决问题。
5) After finish new model pilot run, need to collect all issue and solve it
负责试产问题报告，并提出改正措施
6) When transfer to mass production team, need to lead the first time mass production run（including document transfer, fixture transfer, pilot run issue transfer）
负责产品从试产到量产的转移，包括文件，夹具及试产问题等
Qualification & experience:
资质与经验:
1) Minimum degree holder preferably of Mechanical, electrical/electronic engineering background.
本科以上电子&机械专业.
2) Have power supply transfer and production experience for 3-5 years
具有开关电源转产或生产经验，熟悉电源产品的生产流程及工艺。
3) Have fixture design experience and project management experience.
具有治夹具设计和项目管理经验。
4) 3+ Years working experience in PCBA manufacturing environment is required;
3年以上PCBA工厂经验。
5) Excellent oral and written communication skills (both English and Mandarin)
