1– Implement the Group's Purchasing strategies: 执行本集团的采购策略

- Apply Commodity Purchasing strategies and coordinate ensuing action plans within the framework of his/her activity

执行集团的采购战略，并在采购战略框架下开展相应的采购工作

- Lead activities and supplier performance in compliance with project schedules, milestones and budgets

主导项目阶段采购相关的工作确保供应商的绩效满足项目开发进度，项目时间节点以及项目成本预算

- Interact with quality personnel (from Initial Samples to the Approval of Production Parts) regarding the qualification of suppliers throughout the product's service life

协助质量部门相关人员对供应商的产品在整个开发阶段（从首样认可一直到最终批量认可）相关认可事宜

- Inform the project group and commodity buyer of technical-economic solutions available on the market

  负责收集市场上更经济的、性价比更高的技术方案，并通知项目组以及商品采购

- Make decisions required to optimize results without questioning initial objectives

在满足项目初始目标前提下，负责提出优化项目最终绩效的方案和决定并执行相应的决议

2 - Manage purchases for his/her project(s)负责项目开发阶段中相关的项目采购工作

- Validate "approved for RFP" specifications审核“已批准的咨询文件包”中定义的相关技术规范

- Issue RFPs to the panel indicated by the Commodity Buyer regarding components, materials, packaging (durable or disposable), inspection resources and specific resources

负责发放咨询文件包给合格供应商（经过商品采购认可并批准），供应商包括但不限于外购件、原材料、包装（周转以及一次性包装）、检验工装（如检具，测量支架等）、非标装配设备以及工装等

- Analyze supplier sales proposals负责分析供应商的报价方案

- Negotiate better cost/quality/deadline/innovation terms and conditions, 负责与供应商对成本/质量/交期/创新等条款和内容进行商务谈判

- Propose market assignment during the Sourcing Committee meeting 负责在采购定点委员会上提出方案，建议定点供应商

- Draw up contracts with the selected supplier负责跟已定点的供应商签署相应的商务条款、合同等

- As part of the project team, contribute to project results参与项目组工作并协助项目团队取得项目***的绩效

- Issue preliminary RFPs and estimate the cost of forwarding them to the pre-project team负责前期报价项目团队对采购相关工作发放预咨询文件包并进行相应的成本估价

- Achieve annual productivity for his/her projects达成所负责的项目的年度降本目标

Present his/her project to the Sourcing Committee as soon as possible after launch项目启动后，负责向采购定点委员会汇报项目涉及到的相关采购事宜

- Update follow-up projects in a timely manner及时跟进并汇报项目相关采购事宜

3 - Help to continuously improve purchasing activity

协助采购相关的持续改进活动

- Pass on information required for their activity to buyers, supplier quality representatives, specifiers and internal customers

 负责将必要的相关信息传达给供应商相关的采购，质量以及其他内部相关人员；

- Compile required reports to meet deadlines

负责汇编工作相关的报告，并在最后期限前提交

- Capitalize on information obtained within the framework of his/her activity, prepare feedback, and make this information available to other employees

在工作职责以及活动范围内，收集、反馈、汇总工作相关的信息并提供给其他员工

4 - Carry out pre-project Purchasing activities

4开展项目前期的采购活动 -> 负责前期报价项目相关的采购事宜，如询价，估价，价格分析等

- provide the Quote Leader with the supplier offers or estimates requiring the drafting of Customer proposals

根据客户的初步方案或者草案，跟进供应商的报价并提供给前期报价人员，或者进行价格、成本预估

- Present his/her preliminary drafts to the "Sourcing Committee"

向“采购委员会”提出初步草案 => 负责向“采购定点委员会”提出供应商初步选择方案

- Conduct RFPs and/or produce estimates for his/her pre-projects

引导RFPs和/或进行他/她的项目前评估 ->发放“试咨询文件”，并评估项目阶段供应商的成本或者预估项目相关的采购项成本

职位要求：

Job requirements:

1.Purchasing or technical background with Purchasing specialization

具有采购相关经验，或具有技术相关背景并从事做采购相关工作

2.Knowledge of the particular activities performed at the assignment site(s), industrial background

熟知汽车行业(汽车内外饰行业经验知识优先) 或者类似工业行业工作所需要的知识

3. English Fluently要求工作相关的口语交流无障碍
