Position Description                                                                                                         

Purpose of the Position:

Due to there is engineer move to HF, Beijing plant PEM melting would like to backfill the role for the needs

Day to Day Responsibilities:

？ First response & coordination to process trouble shooting or emergency, and asking resource.

？Works on process problems definition and scope. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

？Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations. And developing, implementing, and maintaining methods, operation sequence and processes.

？ Interfaces with engineering in coordinating the release of new equipment startup.

Education & Experience  

？Bachelor Degree above, major in Chemical Engineering, Material Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other engineering related

？ 2 years work experience at least

Required Skills                                                

'- Statistic knowledge or KT skill

- Knowledge of ISO management system

- Habit of PCPD, 5S, Change management

- Familiar with Mircosoft Office and PC skill

Desired Skills  

- Knowledge of Process trouble shooting & prevention & data-drive, and root cause finding 

- Skillful in operation activity

- International & multi-culture communication, coordination, and follow-up ability 

Soft Skills                                                

- Good presentation and reporting skill

- Strong ownership of achieving plant goal 

- Work independently by him/herself and also work well within team group
