Key Responsibility:

1. Responsible for team operation and management.
2. Estimate team performance and execute action plan to get team up
3. Responsible for end to end management of programs including actions, execution, and deliverables from concept, through development, product launch, and maintenance.
4. Play as scrum master role in team
5. Work closely with Product Manager, Human factors and UX, Device Engineering, Sales, Outsource manufacturing, Software App and Backend Cloud development and Design Partners, Suppliers, and Customer Support.
6. Understand and manage customer requirements, control the scope, budget and schedule
7. Regular and effective communications with customers (both internal and external) and project team
8. Conduct project and team assessment, defines and delivers educational requirements, facilitates and organizes the project and team structure, and resolves problems
9. Develop and maintain detailed project work-plans and budgets; Identify appropriate resources and assigns them with clear and accurate direction
10. Lead daily program stand ups, issue triage and resolution, and project planning meetings.
11. Maintains up to date tracking and status of all issues and risks. Communicates project status on a regular basis to management and maintains a repository of meeting minutes and project issues.
12. Identify inefficiencies and work with team to create effective processes or refine existing processes.
13. Manage day to day project execution, monitors staff performance against plan and identifies and resolves/escalates project issues. 
14. Evaluate project risks, develop contingency plans, and responds to change in risk as the project progresses. Identifies, evaluates and monitors relevant quality standards for project and determines ways to meet the needs.
15. Work closely with production team to make sure the new products have a smooth ramp up.
16. Need to manage the outsourcing supplier to meeting project scope
17. Communicant with other function(Factory, Sourcing) to hand over the project smoothly

Qualifications & Attributes:           

1. Five years or above experience as PM (building product related, IOT)
2. PMP certified
3. CSM certified
4. Good English communication skills;
5. Team Player/owner. Works very well with others.
6. Able to organize and get things done in an exceptionally fast paced and ambiguous startup company culture and environment with positive Can Do attitude.
7. Good understanding of software and hardware development, factory, quality, sourcing background, and with some sales and marketing exposure
8. Prefer good understanding of Agile product development approach and methodologies
9. Fast learner, with ability and willingness to constantly improve, and adapt to new ways of doing things.
10. Desire  to work with and be a part of a high performance team
11. Engineering background (Preferred Building automation, IoT, Smart system)
