Responsibilities

1.Support new product development with project team：

(1)Lead new supplier qualification and audit；

(2)Work with supplier and project team for the problem solving which happening from DVT/MVT and qualification testing；

(3)Lead PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) to qualify products；

(4)Setup product inspection plan；

2.Sustaining phase supporting：

(1)Monitor product’s performance (yield, OQC and OBF result) and drive supplier for problem solving and improvement；

(2)Monitoring supplier’s overall performance with Sourcing, Buyer team on supplier’s quality, delivery, cost result；

(3)Conduct regular on-site supplier audits；

(4)Perform product CCT (Continue Conforming Testing) with supplier to monitor product reliability；

(5)Work with cross function to solve customer quality issue (supplier problem correction, EWR drive for design related problem etc)；

3.Support offering team for field quality/customer site issues resolving：

(1)Quality problem solving；

(2)High priority and urgent on-site need at supplier (quality and delivery)；

(3)Other tasks assigned by leader.

Qualification:

1.Bachelor’s degree with 5 years above working experience in similar position；

2.Solid experience in SQE, QA or supply chain enhancement is highly preferred;

3.Experience in MMCs is a plus;

4.Strong working Experience in ODM/OEM;

5.Strong hands on capability;

6.Strong capability of working under pressure and work alone to resolve the problem;

7.Solid interpersonal skills;

8.Solids in business related tools for communication, analysis and reporting;

9.Highly dynamic personality to drive results with can do mindset;

10.Well business acumen;

11.Can travel frequently.
