1. 负责访客的接待、基本咨询和引见，及时准确通知被访人员；
2. 负责及时收发信件、快递、文件等工作，登计备案收发情况，核对请款。
3. 负责会议室的调度与布置，会务的接待统筹。
4. 负责前台及会议室区域的环境整洁。
5. 负责对接物业和各供应商，维护办公室公共区域的设备（复印机、空调等）。
6. 负责检查办公室公共区域（包括茶水间等）物资的使用情况，及时补给。
7. 负责前台电话的接听，重要事项认真记录并传达给相关人员，不遗漏、延误。
8. 协助其它行政事务工作。
9. 主管交办的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、专科及以上学历，专业不限，法务、人事、文秘专业优先，有职业心，具备1年左右工作经验者优先；

2、具有较强的组织协调与沟通能力；

3、考虑问题全面细致，有良好的形象及气质；

4、熟练运用办公自动化，例如word、excel、ppt等；

5、性格开朗，有一定的抗压能力。
